• Enhance the finance organization/function including the development and implementation of finance best practices, internal control policies and procedures and management information systems.• Develop, implement and ensure the completion of the corporate budgetary planning and control process; Ensure compliance with internal and external financial reporting and control north face jackets.• Interface with the finance teams in branch offices in China as well as overseas within the parent Company to ensure that all financial reporting and accounting standards are continually met.• Present clear, cheap north face jackets analysis and accurate summarization of the business’ financial results. • Utilize accounting software MAS200 to record daily transactions, perform month, quarter and year end close process, and prepare financial statements.• Manage G/L, A/R, A/P, Inventory, Payroll and Cash Flow; Utilize Crystal Reports to generate production, sales, and cost control reports.• Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis & planning, and internal control process. • Coordinate with outside auditors to plan and perform annual and project auditing. • Oversee HR; Administer 401(k) and health insurance plan.• Solid in computer software such as QuickBooks, Peachtree, FAS, MS Excel, Access, etc.
